Introduction ...
A lot of people know me by my photography. Not very many people know that I also like to write. In the past few months I have been threatening time and time again to actually write an op-ed. It was brought to my attention recently, that if I had actually written an opinion piece as many times as I said I would,
After a lot of prompting by several close friends, I think I will start writing again. This will be the area online for you to read my column (maybe even before it is published).
What should I write about? Don't get me wrong. I've had plenty of ideas and inspiration for pieces over the past several months. The hardest thing is narrowing it down to one or two topics to keep the discussion interesting. We have elected a new President and found a lot of things lacking in the previous administration(s). The ongoing perception that the economy is in the tank. Maybe things are being made out to be worse than they really are?
What I would like to do in this introduction is, leave it up to you the reader. What do you think I should be discussing? Instead of me starting out telling you exactly how I feel about the situation, I would like to know what you want to discuss.
